Love this place. Always machines open to work out. If there is a specific machine you need and someone is using it they don't stay long. The owner is great and personable. Great staff! Team members are always are actively cleaning and making it a good experience for members.

The gym is very well maintained and I loved not having to wait to use equipment. There is plenty of room to do walking lunges which is hard to come by. The only downfall is that there is only one free weight squat rack. Overall I had a great experience with Golds Gym in Westport.

Gold's Westport has everything somebody needs to meet their fitness goals. There's plenty of room and enough equipment to go around. The staff is also knowledgeable if anyone needs help and they're fast to sort any problems you have.
